Lauren Ireland (she/her) is an actor, writer, singer, director, producer, project manager, and human woman.

Her short film The Surrealists premiered at the 2021 Austin Film Festival . Her short screenplay, Ouroboros, was selected for the 2021 Wallachia International Film Festival. She had the pleasure of singing at the end of Netflix’s Convergence : Courage In A Time Of Crisis (2021).

Her short film, Turyn Goes To The Club was the official short film selection at the 2018 Middlebury New Filmmakers Festival, as well as the Best Experimental Short selection at New York Short Film Festival. It premiered on NoBudge in 2019. In 2018, she was also a NBC female Forward Director's Initiative finalist.

She spent the past ten years making and doing comedy in New York and LA (you might have seen her at UCB, Joe's Pub, and The PIT NYC to name a few.) She was a member of Pop Roulette, Rad Motel, FONDA, Gentleman Party, and Garlic Jackson.
